Book A session

Prior to arriving please ensure you have booked a session. You can either book a single session or purchase a membership. You will then be able to check in from the app, you will NOT get a code until you check in. Enter this code into the keypad to gain access.

Hydrate

Hydrate before you session, especially if you have just finished a workout. Stay hydrated through out your session.

Dress code

Lightweight shorts and a tee-shirt are ok. Wearing clean swim wear is best. Bring clothes that are loose fitting and easy to put on after a session.

SHOWER

Always shower before using any of the equipment. Don't be that person. There's one available. USE IT.

Infrared sauna

You may notice that it takes 10-20 minutes to break a sweat in your first session. This is because our saunas are heating your body directly, passively raising your core temperature 2-3 degrees. As your body becomes more accustomed to raising your core temperature on a regular basis, your sweat will become more excessive and start sooner into your session.

Ice bath

Our ice bath isn’t about being a hero, it’s about finding what works for you. Step in, breathe, and let your body adjust at its own pace. Whether it’s 30 seconds or 3 minutes, you’ll still unlock the benefits: reduced soreness, boosted recovery, and a clear, focused mind.
