Your questions answered.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, you do not need to be a member of the gym to use our facilities. We are open to everyone. You can book a session at - bookings.coldhutrecovery.co.uk

What should I bring?

Bring 2 towles, one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying off, swimwear, your phone for content, and optionally, a companion. We suggest men bring an extra pair of socks if you plan on using the ice bath and then taking photos.

How long should I stay in the ice bath?

This depends on your experience level; start with a time that feels comfortable for you. Aiming for 1 minute on your first try is a great start. Learn more in our free recovery planner.
