Can two people use it at once?

Yes. We allow up to two people per session and encourage bringing a friend or a date. Please obtain prior approval before visiting with a guest.

How do I get in?

After booking through our web app, you can check in up to 5 minutes before your session. Once checked in, you will receive a PIN code. Enter the code on the keypad to gain entry.

What if my PIN does not work?

Call our support line, open 7 days a week from 8:00 to 20:00. If outside these hours, leave a message and we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary. You may also contact the gym associated with your location.

Our infrared saunas run around 70°C. Infrared heats the body directly rather than the air, creating a deep, comfortable warmth that supports circulation and recovery.
