Bring two towels (one for sitting in the sauna and one for drying), swimwear, your phone if you want content, and optionally a companion. Men may wish to bring an extra pair of socks if using the ice bath and then taking photos.

Can two people use it at once?

Yes. We allow up to two people per session and encourage bringing a friend or a date. Please obtain prior approval before visiting with a guest.

How do I get in?

After booking through our web app, you can check in up to 5 minutes before your session. Once checked in, you will receive a PIN code. Enter the code on the keypad to gain entry.

What if my PIN does not work?

Call our support line, open 7 days a week from 8:00 to 20:00. If outside these hours, leave a message and we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary. You may also contact the gym associated with your location.

No. The temperature is set for optimal recovery. To request a lower temperature, contact our gym partners.

Our infrared saunas run around 70°C. Infrared heats the body directly rather than the air, creating a deep, comfortable warmth that supports circulation and recovery.

Yes. Huts have a mag lock released by the green button and a mechanical lock for privacy. Both allow quick and safe exit.
